As per the Arduino website, Arduino Uno mini limited edition is using the same specification as its popular board Arduino Uno including the same processor, Pinout, and performance except for some newly added features.
In the latest edition, the size of the board is reduced from 68.6mm x 53.4mm to 34.2mm x 26.7mm x 8mm, Also replaced the USB type B connector with a Type C connector which is not only compact as well as popular around the world and you can find it in almost anywhere.
